Order Help

Check out our frequently asked questions below. If you still can't find your answer, please contact us via our Contact page or at support@sally-hershberger.com. Our team is available Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.
Please log into your account; once logged in you will see your order history and tracking information. If you don’t have an account with us, contact support@sally-hershberger.com with your order number, name, and email address.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes five to eight business days. International shipping rates may vary by package weight and destination. All duties and taxes (including value added taxes) will be the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot confirm the exact amount of any duties or taxes in advance.
All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your return and verify its return condition, please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued, as refund processing times vary based on payment providers. If you would like to initiate an eligible return request, please email us at support@sally-hershberger.com for return instructions and support.
We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to support@sally-hershberger.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.
